Hydrova welcomes Rock Mathias to the team.

Ralph "Rock" Mathias joins the Hydrova team full-time as a Senior Process & Project Engineer. After decades of experience designing and constructing process systems for the oil and gas industry, Rock sought to apply his chemical engineering expertise toward new sustainable technologies, which led him to Hydrova. Prior to Hydrova, Rock led the design, construction, and start-up of multiple first-of-a-kind waste-gas-conversion and wastewater treatment projects for companies including Shell, Chevron, and Suncor Energy. In addition to his experience in the field, Rock has worked as a Senior Process Engineer for Parsons and Jacobs where he focused on process design. He received his Bachelor's in Chemical Engineering from Northeastern University. Rock's dual-threat skillset of chemical process design and hands-on project engineering will be an asset for Hydrova's pilot development and beyond.
