Aluminium Today: Hydrova enables production of the first low-carbon cement made with its technology.

Hydrova—in collaboration with CTS Cement and TST Inc.—has enabled production of the first low-carbon cement made with its zero-waste dross recycling technology. This marks an important step on the way to eliminating landfill disposal of aluminum dross and salt cake waste streams. Recycling these materials also helps decarbonize the production of aluminum and cement by reducing embodied emissions.
